The 4th Space

What We Offer
Inclusive & Affirming
Queer-affirming, culturally aware, and always
rooted in an anti-oppressive care -- because everyone deserves the safety, belonging, and freedom to explore who they are.
Whole Person Perspectives
Every part of you matters. Therapy at The 4th Space is approached holistically, acknowledging the interconnectedness of your experiences, emotions, and identity.
Flexible & Accessible
Availability in-person or online, with scheduling and sliding scale options designed to meet you where you are.
Healing Doesn't Have to Be Isolating
We know how challenging it can feel to carry pain, life transitions, or uncertainty on your own. Healing often feels heavy when it's done in isolation -- but it doesn't have to be that way.

That's why we offer psychotherapy, as well as other spaces where connection and community are a part of the process. Our approach is always relational, experiential, and rooted in anti-oppressive and decolonial values -- because we know lasting change occurs when every part of who you are is seen, accepted, and welcomed into the room.

Our Services
Our Therapy Styles
Internal Family Systems
IFS helps you understand the different "parts" of yourself and how they interact with each other. By listening to and caring for these parts, we can work to resolve inner conflicts, soften self-criticism, and build a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Somatic Therapy
Somatic Therapy helps you notice how stress, trauma, and emotion show up in your body. By tuning into physical sensations and gently working with them, we can work to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and feel more grounded in your day to day life.
Relational Psychodynamic
This approach helps you see how past and present relationships and experiences shape your patterns and self-perception. Through understanding these dynamics, you can gain insight, experiment with healthier ways of relating, and feel more connected to yourself and others.
Liberation Psychology
Liberation Psychology helps you explore how societal systems and oppression can affect your well-being. By recognizing these influences, we can work to support you in reclaiming personal agency, name the roots of your struggles, and work towards healing in a way that honors both you and your community.
