Both! I offer virtual therapy via the Jane App across Ontario, as well as in-person therapy at my office in downtown Toronto.

I currently offer sessions throughout the week, with most availability falling between 11:00am and 6:30pm. I currently offer in-person availability on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Please note that evening in-person availability during the week is often limited, as these spots tend to fill quickly. Daytime in-person options, as well as virtual sessions, tend to have more flexibility.
If you're looking for a particular day or time, feel free to reach out. I'm always happy to explore options and see what might be the best fit for your schedule.

Consultation calls are a chance for us to get a feel for one another before committing to therapy.
During our conversation, I'll invite you to share a little about what's bringing you here, what you're hoping for, and any questions you may have about the therapy process. I'll also tell you a bit about how I work and what you can expect if we decide to move forward together.
There is no expectation that you have everything figured out beforehand. It's completely okay if you're feeling nervous, unsure where to start, or still trying to put words to what you're experiencing.
The goal isn't to decide whether you're "ready" for therapy. It's simply to explore whether this feels like a space where you can show up as you are and receive the support you're looking for.

While I do not currently do direct billing, many of the people I work with have success submitting receipts for reimbursement following our sessions. I recommend confirming with your insurance provider what your coverage looks like for psychotherapy services. If supportive, I am able to provide an invoice you can submit to your insurance provider in advance.

I highly recommend beginning therapy at a weekly frequency, as this supports us in establishing rapport and establishing our foundation to build our work on. Over time, I am happy to revisit frequency of sessions based on what feels supportive for you.
If finances are a barrier to care and weekly sessions do not feel manageable, please do not let this stop you from reaching out. I’m always happy to do what I can to make the care you deserve be accessible.

The honest answer is: it depends.
Some people come to therapy looking for support with a specific concern, while others re interested in understanding themselves more deeply and creating lasting change in the ways they relate to themselves, others, and the world around them.
My work tends to be depth-oriented, which means we often explore not only what’s happening in the present, but also the experiences and patterns that may be shaping it. This kind of work tends to unfold over time, as it’s less about quick fixes and more about creating meaningful, sustainable change.
That said, therapy is always your choice. Throughout our time together, we will regularly check in about your goals, what’s feeling helpful, and whether our work together continues to meet your needs.

First, I want you to know you’re not doing therapy “wrong.”
There may be times where progress feels slow, when you feel stuck, or whether therapy is helping at all. If you’re feeling stuck or just generally unsure whether we’re moving in the right direction, I always invite you to share this with me.
Sometimes feeling stuck can point us towards something that needs more attention. Other times, it may mean we need to adjust our approach, revisit our goals, or talk more openly about what’s not working for you. As uncertain as these conversations may feel, they often lead to important shifts.
